We are also not responsible for any cat bites, mouse bites, fire, intentional damage of the mesh and any other reasons,claim process if you want to claim the warranty, first you have to send the damaged mesh to us with your own expenses.After we will check, if your appeal is genuine, then we will replace the new mesh with our own expenses. With in the warranty period we will replace the mesh only One Time. appeal more than once is not considerable.
